Some nights, when I’m sitting at work all I can think about is heading home, grabbing my gear, and heading to the club to play a few games. But sometimes after a long day at work, sitting in Atlanta traffic, and nursing a lingering migraine, I want to do is sleep as soon as I get through my front door.

Somehow, I think paralympic athlete David Lega doesn’t have that problem. David has set over 14 world records in swimming, plays table tennis, owns his own company, works as a motivational speaker, and has written a book about his experiences without the use of his arms.

This Saturday, November 7, 2009, from 3:00pm – 3:30pm you can meet David Lega. He will be a special guest at the Abilities Expo Atlanta 2009 at the Cobb Galleria Convention Center. David Lega will give lessons and demonstrate adaptive table tennis. There will be 5 wheelchair divisions and 5 standing disabled divisions.

The Atlanta Abilities Expo is FREE.  Pre-register to save time.
